Travel Diary: NEW YORK

Hands down the cutest and best tasting ice cream in town

Another cute and good tasting Ice Cream. Look how cute that cotton candy is

Oh New York, where do I start? It’s always been a dream of mine to visit this City. I remember watching movies that were shot here way back when I was younger and wishing to come here and see it’s beauty myself. Now I’m here! that dream is now a reality. I’m finally in the city that never sleeps, the city of dreams. It’s very surreal to see the buildings, the fashionable people and the popular landmarks scattered all over the City. I didn’t even wanna blink my eyes coz I didn’t wanna miss a thing. New York is very magical; it’s full of life, history, culture & art. It’s home to some of the Hip Hop Music Legends like Jay Z and Notorious BIG.

I didn’t waste no time and started wandering all over Manhattan, thanks to its subway system I’m able to tour around everywhere pretty quickly in a cheap way. I was stoked the whole time admiring the city’s beauty. The food is great and I had fun looking for the cutest and tastiest ice cream in town. I finally found the ice cream that can beat the best Ice cream I’ve ever tasted in San Francisco (that yogurt ice cream in Mission District). It’s the Unicorn Ice cream from Taiyaki!

Another thing I love about New York is it’s Diversity. Very similar to bay area. I feel at home. I feel like I belong. But most especially, the best thing in this City is you can just be yourself. You’re free to express yourself through fashion, music and art. People are very accepting and it’s one of the best feeling ever.

It is definitely one of my favorite adventures and I will forever treasure all the memories. I’ll definitely come back in the future. I can’t wait for more adventures!
